Building foundational skills for school readiness, such as shapes, colors, and letters, in playful and creative ways. 

This includes strategies to facilitate a child to recognize, understand, and eventually regulate his/her emotional state and behavioral reactions. 

• Fine Motor Skills- Coloring, cutting paper, or even thread beads to refine their dexterity and coordination of hands.
• Gross Motor Skills: Such as jumping, climbing, and balancing to develop big muscle groups and coordination.

Games and exercises or puzzles that help children focus better and stay engaged in tasks for longer periods. 

Interactive techniques to encourage expression of thoughts and feelings. Techniques that promote storytelling, role-playing, using aids or gestures. 

Hands-on activities used in playing with sand and water or objects with different textures to help children explore their senses and regulate their sensory needs. 

• Creative ways to teach reading, writing and math. For example, colorful flashcards or songs can make learning such educational subjects excitingly approachable. 
• Games in groups and acting skills for them teaching kids sharing, turn-taking, and how to make friends, in a fun and stress-free way.
